On Tuesday the football team had a league fixture away to Hambleton. This was their first fixture since their impressive result of finishing 4th in the North Yorkshire finals,  they continued this great form with a 6-0 win. All the children have really shown great improvement in their communication and teamwork which helped them to victory.

Well done to Sam, Logan, Jamie, Max, Ella, Robert, Bradley and Tom.

Also on Tuesday three children (Sam, Ella and Logan)  attended a Gifted and Talented P.E workshop at South Milford Primary School. This gave the children a chance to play and work together as a team with children from different schools in an area they have shown great talent and enthusiasm.

On Thursday the Y5/6 Girl’s had their first netball match of the year at Monk Fryston. Excitement had been building all week with the girls and they had put a lot of effort into training with Mrs Purdy, Mr Jeff and Mr Willson. This really paid off with a 10-4 victory! All the children showed great determination and put their new skills into practice.

Well done to Lottie, Kaci, Emily, Milli-Ann, Mackenzie, Rebecca, Evie and Saffron.
