School Update

Thank you for your understanding over the last two days while school has been closed. It is never an easy decision to close school and we appreciate your patience at this time. As a result of the improved weather conditions and proposed weather forecasts we plan to open school tomorrow morning. We will confirm the final decision tomorrow on bloomz at around 7am.

As you will be aware today is World Book Day and we had lots of exciting things planned in school linked to the theme of fairy tales. We hope to reschedule our celebrations to tomorrow and as previously planned would like to invite parents into school from 2.30pm. We know that some children may have planned to wear a costume for World Book Day and so if this is the case we are suggesting that the children might want to bring this to get changed into.

As it is likely that there will still be snow on the ground we would appreciate it if children could come with appropriate footwear (boots or wellies) and a change of indoor footwear.

Once again, thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming the children back in school, ready to celebrate one of our school’s greatest passions – reading!
