Online questionnaire about after school clubs and holiday activities

As part of the large cluster of schools in Tadcaster, Sherburn and localities we have been asked to ask our parents to complete the online ‘survey monkey’ questionnaire about facilities that may be on offer during holidays. It will help to inform those providers of a range of activities that can be offered. This is a good opportunity to express any ideas or thoughts you have around holiday provision and to provide any suggestions….
