Sportshall Athletics North Yorkshire Finals

Just as we thought things couldn’t get any better, it has!!
After an early start, a 1 1/2 hour journey and 3 gruelling hours of sprinting, baton passing, jumping and throwing, the team from Brotherton and Byram Primary Academy proudly stepped up to the podium to collect their silver medals…and well deserved too!! 

Five hundred schools began the journey to becoming North Yorkshire champions and we made it to second place. What’s more, we are the highest achieving school that the Selby cluster area have put forward.
This is an amazing achievement and we are all bursting with pride.
