Cross Country Success

Team BB’s running stars competed in the Selby district cross country finals on Wednesday following their top form finishes in the first round a few weeks ago. With a few footwear issues to resolve before the event got started stickers were donned and they got ready to begin. The whole team showed great endurance, maturity and teamwork, even cheering  on former pupils now running for their new primary schools. One member of the team was unable to compete due to injury but the rest of the team insisted that they still had their race number and felt included. We had one runner who made it through to the North Yorkshire finals in November, showing great sportsmanship and self control in pacing themselves to the finish. Well done on some great individual and team performances.  Go go go team BB!
