Another great week in school and it has been so good to have our Year 5s back in school. Our sports day today went really well, albeit very different with no parents watching. We have taken videos to share though so hopefully you will enjoy those.
Tomorrow and Friday we have staff training and then we will have the last two weeks of school as transition weeks, starting next week.
Today, children have been shown where they need to go at the beginning of the day on Monday but they shouldn’t worry if they cannot remember as we will be out welcoming children to their new classes. We are keeping our one way system so children will follow it round and go into their new class door.
Hopefully everyone will be in a routine in their new class and at break and lunch times so children will not be worried or anxious over the holidays about school.
Because we have not been able to have a school photographer this year, we have taken photos of the children, individually, with siblings in school and with their class. We will be sharing these with you electronically before the end of term to say a massive ‘thank you’ for everything you have done to support school and for getting through remote learning in one piece!
Have a lovely long weekend and see you all on Monday.
