Dear Parents/Carers,

We just wanted to let you know that this year the Healthy Child Team are going paperless and will be contacting parents of Reception children via school email to complete a health screening questionnaire electronically. School will forward an email from them when they have forwarded it to us.

During the middle of October an email will also be sent to all Year 6 parents from the Healthy Child Team via school to complete questionnaires.

Please do come into school and speak to our admin team if you have any questions.
