Please could all parents and carers ensure that the school office is kept up to date with any changes of telephone numbers, addresses, emergency contact details and children’s medical conditions. This is vitally important so that our records are kept up to date and we are able to contact you in case of an emergency.

Change of details forms can be found in the blue wallets in the reception area.
