Christmas Dinner information

Dear parents/carers

Our annual Christmas Dinner will take place on Wednesday 18th December.

Booking is now available on Parentpay for children in Nursery and years 3 – 6 priced at £2.25.

Pupils in Reception, year 1, year 2 and those entitled to Free School Meals will automatically be provided with a Christmas dinner.

2 parents/carers per family are also invited to join us for our traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, followed by a chocolate Christmas cupcake, for £3.20 per person and this must be pre-booked via Parentpay.

For more details please see the messages on Parent Hub. The deadline for all bookings is Monday 2nd December and unfortunately no late orders can be accepted, or refunds given for meals already booked.

If your child is in Reception, year 1, year 2 or entitled to Free School Meals and you intend to send them with a packed lunch on that day, please inform the office no later than Monday 2nd December.

If your child is in years 3 – 6 and a Christmas Dinner is not pre-ordered for them by the deadline date you will need to provide them with a packed lunch on that day.

Please note that no jacket potato option will be available on Christmas Dinner day.
