Team Ouse spend a ‘Day in the Life of a Victorian Child’

After a half term of learning all about Queen Victoria and the Victorian times, we celebrated by having a Victorian day. The classroom was set up with desks in rows, just like in a Victorian school, children were encouraged to use their right hand when writing, just like in the Victorian times and there was even a dunces cap! The children learnt times tables, sang the National Anthem and had a go at making some Victorian toys. Well done Team Ouse!
