Important Info: School Meal Pre-ordering

Dear Parents/Carers

Before Christmas we sent a message out informing you that from January 2020 all school meals need to be booked directly on ParentPay a week in advance, instead of in the classroom each morning during registration, to assist the kitchen with their ordering procedure.

By logging on to Parentpay you can view the school lunch menu for the coming weeks and then click on the choices and days that you wish to book a meal for. Attached is some information on how to do this.

As the catering team need to know what has been booked a week in advance, there is also a Meal Booking Schedule attached to show you the deadlines for pre-orders.

We appreciate that this is a new system and the Christmas period will have been a busy time for you all so as the deadline for meal bookings for next week has now passed, we will accept bookings at the office on Monday for week commencing 6th January. However please note that the deadline for booking school meals for the following week (week commencing 13th January) is Sunday 5th January 2020 so please ensure that you place your child’s meal order before then.
