Booking Reminders

Dear Parents/Carers

Now that the whole school has returned we just wanted to take this opportunity to remind parents/carers about some important deadlines and information:

  • Breakfast Club must be booked and paid for in advance. This can be done on ParentPay up to 48 hours before the day you wish your child to attend. It is parents/carers responsibility to make sure that their child is safely dropped off at the hall door for Breakfast Club and handed over to a member of staff. 
  • School Dinners must be booked by the Sunday 8 days in advance of the week in which the dinners are required. For example, school dinners for the first week back after the Easter holidays (week commencing 12th April) must be booked by Sunday 4th April. 

Nidd, Aire and Ouse school dinners are free of charge as these are funded by the government. KS2 dinners must be paid for when making your booking, unless your child is eligible for Free School Meals.

If you do not pre-order a school dinner for your child they must bring a packed lunch, regardless of which year they are in at school. School meals are not available to order on the day.

  • ParentHub and Website: Please ensure that you have access to and regularly check the ParentHub app and our website as this is how we communicate important information to parents/carers. If you require help with this please let us know.
  • Contact information: It is vital that we have up to date contact and address information for you and your child. We require four contact details including parent details.  If any of these details or emergency contacts change, please let the office know straight away by emailing admin.bbs@ebor.academy or calling 01977 355020.
