Harvest Festival

Last Friday the whole school walked down to church to join in with the Harvest Festival celebrations. Each team took it in turns to share what Harvest means to them. We were treated to some wonderful expressions of Harvest with lots of different cross-curricular links! From Art to Geography and then poetry to History, each team showed great levels of courage and enthusiasm as they shared. We even learned a song about fruit in Spanish! 

Thank you as always to all our parents and carers who were able to come along and support us. We hope you enjoyed the Harvest presentations and all the songs.

We collected lots of tinned and dried food for the Knottingley Foodbank which we know will be gratefully received.
