School Update 25.10.19
Dear Parents
A message from the Headteacher…
Dear Parents/Carers,
Half term is here and what a great half term we have had! There has been lots going on and the children have worked really hard. Today we have ended our half term with Diwali celebrations which has been a great finish.
Next term we welcome Miss Catterall to our team, who will be teaching our Year 1 children until next summer while Miss Oglesby is on maternity leave. We also have Mr Garside teaching music while Mr Heath is away.
We would also like to share some very happy news that Miss Oglesby has had a beautiful baby girl. I am sure you will join everyone in school in sending our best wishes and congratulations to Miss Oglesby and her family.
Thank you to you all for working with school. I always welcome feedback from parents to improve school and during the first week back on Wednesday 6th November (at 9am, 2.45pm and 6pm) we will be having a parent forum so I hope you can come along and join me, have tea and cake and discuss how we can improve our school even further.
Next half term is always a busy one so please keep checking updates each week and the calendar for what is happening in school. Please also subscribe to ParentHub if you haven’t already to receive any further messages from teachers. We have also linked Twitter to ParentHub so you can see what is being posted on our Twitter feed.
I hope you all have a good half term and looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday 4th November.
Many thanks,
Mrs Fletcher
