PARKING AND DRIVING WITH CARE

We are having growing complaints about unauthorised and unsafe parking on double yellow lines and zig zags outside of the school gates. It has also been brought to our attention that some parents/carers are also using the children’s centre next door to turn around in which is a private car park.
We appreciate parking is difficult, but please either park further up the road towards the church or park in the parish hall car park and walk down. There should be very few cars needing to turn around outside of the school gates or in the children’s centre so please avoid doing so. We have had a report of a child narrowly being missed by a car outside of school which is a real concern.
