We have had a great first week of transition and only one week to go before the summer holidays. Although everyone is exhausted, all children have worked really hard this week in their new classes.
Even though restrictions on Monday will have been formally lifted, with the increasing amount of COVID cases, please would everyone mind continuing wearing face masks in school grounds until the end of term to reduce any risk.
Next Friday, children will be with their old teachers which will be a lovely end to the year. We are hoping to have a picnic lunch in bubbles outside too. School closes at 1pm on Friday and parents can collect from the same classrooms the children have been in the last two weeks.
I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. The weather is supposed to be great.
Looking forward to seeing you next week,

Wednesday 21st July – Year 6 Celebration Day
Friday 23rd July – Picnic lunch and school closes at 1.00pm for the summer holidays.
From September the way you can order a school dinner will be changing. Currently you have to order 8 days in advance of the week you are booking for. This has now been changed to 48 hours before the session required. Therefore, you can now book for each day as long as you book 48 hours in advance, or you can continue to book the whole week as long as this is done 48 hours prior to the start of the week.
In addition, after 2 years with no change in price, we would like to inform you that from September 2021 the cost of a school dinner will be increasing slightly to £2.35 per day.
